There are lots of myths surrounding our periods 🩸 and whether or not doing a physical activity is one of them.
Can you exercise during your period? YES, you can! 👯‍♀️

Working up a sweat during your red days can help alleviate symptoms like cramps, bloating, and mood swings. However, you should stay mindful of what your body feels and needs.


Do exercises that you like and can tolerate during your period. If you're experiencing a heavy flow or dysmenorrhea that makes it uncomfortable to move around, allow yourself to skip that work-out.
