ICYMI: Menstrual Leave in Spain

Spain is set to pass and become the first western country to offer paid menstrual leave. So far, only countries like Japan, South Korea, and Zambia already have menstrual leave.

The bill proposed by the Spanish government is also set to enable girls aged 16-17 to get an abortion with their parents' permission, and asks educational institutions to provide feminine hygiene products to students.
